The installed version (xx.x.x) does not match the database version (yy.y.y) Contact DRB Systems Technical Support for assistance. |
The SiteWatch program version and internal database version are different. This can be caused by restoring a backup shortly after upgrading to a new version of SiteWatch. |
Reinstall the most recent SiteWatch upgrade to update the internal database version. Once troubleshooting steps have been completed, use "Installing StatWatch Data Collector and Apps" to attempt the StatWatch installation again. |

Unable to add the administrative user. Try installing StatWatch again after verifying the administrator user name and password. Visit https://www.statwatch.com/pdf/ StatWatchInstallationInstructions.pdf or contact DRB Systems Technical Support for assistance. |
A user is attempting to install StatWatch, but an administrative user already exists for the site. This could happen, for example, if all of the sites for an organization were deleted, but the organization still exists in the StatWatch database, leaving "orphaned" users. This could also happen if two individuals at two separate sites attempted to set up StatWatch at the same time. |
This must be handled by a DRB staff member with access to the Admin console. The staff member will need to delete the organization through the Organizations page of the Admin console. The user can then reinstall StatWatch on the Site Server using "Installing StatWatch Data Collector and Apps". |

StatWatch was unable to load the site information from the SiteWatch database. This can be caused by the database engine shutting down unexpectedly. |
