The Settings page is used to check the current synchronization status for sites, change user account settings, configure top services, and adjust the way site data is grouped and presented. Note that the settings within this page are for StatWatch only. Changes that you make on StatWatch Settings pages do NOT change any of your SiteWatch settings.
Note that the only tabs that appear to non-administrator users are Status and My Account. The other tabs are visible only to administrators.

This tab is visible to all users. The list of sites shown depends on the user's Security Level setting.
