StatWatch Settings: My Account

 

Introduction

This screen allows users to view and change general settings, change their account password, and manage their notification subscriptions.

The visible settings depend on the Security Level setting (shown on the StatWatch Settings: Users screen).

Note that the StatWatch Settings: Users screen allows administrative users to view and modify the user settings for other employees.

General Settings

Important: In order for changes in this section to take effect, you must press the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page. If you navigate to another screen without pressing Save Changes, all changes made on this screen are lost.

Full Name

The employee's full name

Email Address

The email address associated with the account. This is used for:

  • StatWatch Weekly Digests

  • Sending password reset links

Homesite

The three-character site code and the name of the site that has been selected as the user's home site. This field is used with the Default Profit Center field to determine which weekly digests will be sent to the user.

  • Administrator

  • General - All Sites

Default Profit Center

The profit center to which this user is most frequently assigned. It is used with the Homesite field to determine which weekly digests will be sent to the user.

Show Total Sales $

Indicates whether the user can see sales totals in StatWatch and if so, what data the total sales dollars replaces.

Note: Administrators can change this setting for non-Administrator users from the Users screen.

Weekly Digest Email

Displays whether, and which, weekly digests the user receives.

  • Administrator

  • General - All Sites

  • General - Homesite

  • General - SiteGroup

Change Password link

Clicking this link causes three additional fields to appear. Use the Current Password, New Password, and Confirm Password fields to create a new password.

Mobile Notification Settings

For detailed information about mobile notifications - why they were created, how they work, etc., see "StatWatch Mobile Notifications Basics".

Important: In order for changes in this section to take effect, you must press the Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen. If you navigate to another screen without pressing Save Changes, all changes made on this screen are lost.

Subscribed Notifications

Option Description

Employee Overtime

Sends a push notification when an employee is, or will soon be, receiving overtime. For information about how StatWatch determines whether an employee is earning overtime, see "How SiteWatch Settings & Use Affect StatWatch".

TunnelWatch

Sends push notifications when important TunnelWatch status messages are sent to StatWatch.

Red-Zone Alerts

Note: If you leave any of the range fields set to Auto, the system calculates values based on averages for same time of day, same day of week, for the past 13 weeks.

Sends a push alert when the cars per man hour statistic falls outside the specified range.

Labor%

Sends a push alert when the labor percentage statistic falls outside the specified range.

Labor/Car

Sends a push alert when the labor dollars per car fall outside the specified range.

Monitor

Site / Site Group / All Sites

Select Site to receive mobile notifications for a single site, Site Group to receive mobile notifications for a group of sites (as set up by an administrator on the Organization tab), or All Sites to receive mobile notifications for all sites in the chain.

Note: The options available in this drop-down vary depending on the user's security level. If the user has a Security Level value of General-Homesite, then Site is the only option that can be selected here.

Location or Group Name

The options here depend on the user's security level, as well as whether they're configured to receive notifications for a single site, a site group, or all sites.

  • Site: If the user is configured to monitor a single site, the options listed here are the three-digit site codes of all sites in the chain.

    • If the user has a Security Level of General - Homesite, the user's home site is the only option shown.

    • If the user has a Security Level of General - SiteGroup, only the sites in that user's configured site group are available.

  • Site Group: If the user is configured to monitor a single site group, the name of each site group set up on the Organization tab is listed here.

    • If the user has a Security Level of General - SiteGroup, only the user's configured site group is available.

  • All Sites: If the user is configured to monitor all sites, this is the only available option.

Profit Center

All possible profit centers are listed.

Only Alert From

Earliest alert time

Earliest time of day when push alerts will be sent.

Latest alert time

Latest time of day when push alerts will be sent.

Time Zone

Select the site's time zone so that StatWatch knows when to send messages.
